Do you have distributors in my country?
How to order directly from Easycap?
Otherwise, you or your institute may order simply by email. Most institutes installed a formal procurement process. Please check with your administration, whether you are allowed to order by sending an email or an official procedure needs to be followed.
For all orders, we need to know an invoice address, a delivery address, name and telephone number, and of course, what you want to purchase. Our support team is ready to help you to find the right equipment for your research needs.
If you are ordering from the EU except Germany we also need to know your VAT-Reg.-No.

How to arrange a payment?
Net30 days – Wire transfer within 30 days of date of invoice

Please add our invoice number to the reference field. Please transfer the full invoiced amount in EURO to our account, without subtracting any banking fee or similar charges.
Payment by Credit Card
For credit card payment, we ask to pay via Stripe – a payment services provider for processing credit card payments securely, quickly and easily.
We will provide a unique link together with the invoice which takes you to a secure online checkout. You only need to enter your credit card details, along with a contact email address, when paying the invoiced amount in Euros.
Are your products certified as medical products?
Our products are scientific equipment intended to be used for investigational use only. Any medical applications, like treatment, diagnostic, prevention or cure are not intended and strictly forbidden.
